Apply for Certificate of Eligibility

Procedures calling foreigners from abroad are more likely to be refused entry to immigration office than to change / renewal procedures of those currently in Japan.

You can understand that it is easier psychologically who refuses to enter Japan for those who are still overseas while whilst actually giving out no permission to those who are in Japan will result in kicking out from Japan I think.

For that reason, upon applying for a Certificate of Eligibility, we must conduct activities stipulated in the status of residence and fully appeal that it meets the landing permission standards.

Flow of work

1. Consultation

3. Document preparation

After confirming payment of the document preparation fee, we will prepare application form and application reason form at our office while appropriately keeping necessary documents. We will also create a Japanese translation for official documents in foreign languages ​​(customers may arrange for them depending on the language).

5. Application

Once you are ready, please confirm the contents of application form and application reason form, sign the application form, and apply to immigration.

6. Receipt

If a certificate is issued, we will deliver it to the customer.
 Unfortunately, in the case of non-deliveries, we will accompany you to the immigration office, listen to the reasons for non-delivery and consult for the possibility of reapplying.
